The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and The Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Canada (CPHR Canada) have partnered to create a report that demystifies technology in the workplace. This report serves as a primer to understanding the role of technology in the modern workplace from an HR perspective through the lens of the employer, the employee and strategic HR.

This must-read report not only outlines the impact of technology in the workplace it also provides key questions for technology implementation.  A large part of SHRM and CPHR Canada’s alliance is to deliver quality research that is valuable to more than 320,000 members.  Collaborating on this report brings new insights into the relationship between technology and the workplace, and the role of HR in guiding forward-thinking practices and policies related to technology.
