MorganFranklin grabs the top spot among Best Small Firms to Work For

ALM’s Consulting magazine has announced that The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is the No. 1 consulting firm on its annual Best Firms to Work For ranking. This marks the fifth straight year atop the survey rankings for BGC, which is the only firm to appear on the list every single year since the survey debuted back in 2001 and has never been ranked outside the Top 5.
In 2018, BCG outpaced the competition among the six facets of employee satisfaction the survey measures: Firm Culture, Career Development, Compensation & Benefits, Client Engagement, Firm Leadership and Work/Life Balance. Rounding out the Top 5 Best Firms to Work For in order are: Collaborative Solutions, West Monroe Partners, Slalom, and AlixPartners. The other firms in alphabetical order include: CapTech, EY, FTI Consulting, Huron, KPMG, L.E.K. Consulting, Pariveda Solutions, Protiviti, RSM and ZS.
For the Best Small Firms to Work For, MorganFranklin took the top spot. Rounding out the Top 5 of the Best Small Firms to Work For in order are: Clearsulting, Impact Advisors, CitiSoft and ImagineX Consulting. The other Best Small Firms to Work For in alphabetical order include: AArete, A-LIGN, Argo, Inc., Cask, Censeo Consulting Group, CFGI, Promidian Consulting, Synpulse, Systems Evolution, Inc. and Trinity Partners.
