Wow, that is really amazing! We really appreciate all of his support!
Here's what Wayne said about being selected as July’s Super Advocate of the Month and his experiences with Oracle HCM Cloud:
So how does it feel to win this cool award?
It is a great honor and surprise to be selected for this award. I hope my office mates will tolerate me wearing my Super Advocate cape around the office for the month.
What do you like about Oracle HCM Cloud Hub?
I enjoy hearing the stories of other companies using Oracle HCM Cloud. They often inspire me to take our implementation at NSF to new heights. I also like the gamification aspect of the Hub. It makes it a fun way to keep up with the Oracle Cloud community.
Which challenges do you like the most, and which would you like to see more of?
I would like to see more stories or educational challenges about Analytics, Data Visualization, and Business Intelligence.
Can you tell us which challenges you’ve shared on your social network?
I have shared a lot of challenges on social media, mainly customer stories. I know the amount of effort that goes into any implementation and sharing customer stories on social media is my small way to help further the recognition of all of the hard work.Recently I shared the story of Life Care Services move from Oracle EBS to Oracle HCM Cloud. LCS and NSF had the same implementation partner and I have met a few great people from the LCS team. Their journey was similar to ours except on a much larger scale.
What do you like about Oracle HCM Cloud and can you share some of the solutions you like best and why?
I like the modern look and feel of Oracle HCM Cloud's user interface. Employees find it engaging and intuitive to use.
Oracle HCM Cloud also provides a great platform for NSF to deploy a common global HR toolset to not only our employees and managers but also to our HR staff.
Having all of our talent data in a single database drastically increases our ability to provide the information needed to make data driven decision in a timely manner.
Now, onto the juicy part. As Oracle HCM Cloud Hub Super Advocate of the month, you've earned...
