Heymann’s experience working across a variety of real estate products and investment strategies will add value to Park Madison’s distribution team in broadening the firm’s investor relationships

Park Madison Partners, a New York-based real estate placement and advisory firm, today announced that Carey Heymann has joined the firm as an Associate. Ms. Heymann will focus on broadening Park Madison’s investor relationships and will be based in the firm’s New York headquarters.

“Carey has a wealth of experience working across a variety of real estate products and investment strategies both in the U.S. and in Europe. Her strong real estate and investor relations background will make her a valuable addition to the distribution team at Park Madison Partners,” said Nancy Lashine, Managing Partner & Founder.

Ms. Heymann comes to Park Madison Partners with nine years of experience in commercial real estate and business development. Most recently, Ms. Heymann was a Senior Associate at GLL Real Estate Partners, where she focused on asset management and business development. Prior to GLL, she served as the Director of Client Strategies at Sinvin Real Estate in New York. Ms. Heymann began her career at Washington, DC developer Bennett Group and later joined Cushman & Wakefield’s office leasing team.

Ms. Heymann received an MBA from the Yale School of Management and earned her undergraduate degree in Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia School of Architecture.
