Sean has over a decade of real estate consulting experience, with an expertise in economic research and financial analysis. He has assisted clients on projects throughout the country and has completed extensive research on land development and single-family rentals. He has provided invaluable insights to the industry through numerous white papers and has been cited in Bloomberg Businessweek, HousingWire, and CBS Moneywatch.

Prior to joining Meyers Research, Sean was at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, where he specialized in market research and economic modeling. In addition, he previously worked at Development Planning & Financing Group, where he advised clients in the planning and implementation of land secured public financing districts.

Sean received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
