    InGenesis Announces the Closing of the Acquisition of Kelly Healthcare Resources

    InGenesis, Inc., one of the largest workforce solutions companies in the United States and the largest woman- and minority-owned healthcare staffing firm in the nation, closed the previously announced acquisition of the healthcare specialty business of Kelly Services®. The deal was fully-financed by InGenesis.

    InGenesis acquired the Kelly Healthcare Resources division of Kelly Services®, including its healthcare practice, client portfolio, and talent pool.  The deal helps accelerate the company’s initiatives to meet the growing need for contingent personnel and talent outsourcing solutions in the healthcare marketplace.
