In a hospital scenario, HR. managers are charged with the responsibility of both non-clinical and clinical staff, which delivers direct services to patients. Consequently, the performance and effectiveness of the hospital depend largely on the level of performance exhibited by the staffs.

A hospital management system is a comprehensive and integrated information system carefully designed to manage all operations of the hospital including financial, administrative, medical, legal, and other corresponding processing of services.
