After years of working in the construction industry and serving the community through their own general contracting firm, Sarah Seymour and Danny Chung are pleased to announce the launch of their new professional painting business, Fresh Coat of Charlotte.

Fresh Coat offers residential and commercial painting services including interior or exterior painting, wood staining, and other services for nearly every protective coating application. They have a 24/7 receptionist, online scheduling, free detailed quotes, and they only use high-quality materials. Fresh Coat of Charlotte serves the Greater Charlotte area as well as Fort Mill and Indian Land in South Carolina.

Sarah and Danny are married with two children – Nathanael and Addison. Prior to opening Fresh Coat, the two were doing general contracting work together. Sarah and Danny both come from construction backgrounds – Danny is a commercial general contractor with experience in both resident and commercial remodeling. Sarah has construction management experience with large scale, ground-up commercial projects as well as a background in customer service.

“We were doing general contracting work in Charlotte but, as a smaller firm, we found ourselves doing a little bit of everything to be competitive. That can be overwhelming. So instead of aiming for one large project at a time, we decided to focus our business on one service we have experience with and enjoy doing – painting. From there, franchising with Fresh Coat was a great fit for us because of their professional approach high-quality painting services,” Danny said.
