The HRGeniusBus duo rolled into the historic little town of Leavenworth, KS to visit with Cynthia Patton, Founder and CEO of Patton Leadership Consulting (PLC). We have heard great things about PLC’s innovative HR time and management tool, SheLeads365, that is helping today’s women in business achieve more in a busy world. We were excited to sit down with Cynthia to hear about the new product and to learn more about PLC’s leadership training program.
Cynthia instantly made us feel comfortable in the office and we quickly engaged in purposeful conversation where she spoke to organization, resourcefulness, and discipline when talking about PLC’s leadership training. Having served years in the military where effective leadership is crucial, Cynthia has garnered expertise on identifying the appropriate and necessary steps to creating and fostering an effective leadership team.
As a strong supporter of women in leadership, Patton Leadership Consulting saw the need for an easy and helpful time management tool: SheLeads365. Job responsibilities, family, faith, civic responsibilities, and career management all pull working women in different directions daily, and PLC nailed it with their development of this resourceful platform to help women manage all of these aspects.
A quick (10 minute) survey sheds light on how we spend our time with practical suggestions that guide us to a more balanced day as well as a hard look at goals and, very importantly, determining and achieving our legacy. This engaging and helpful tool can be used regularly to check and redirect when necessary. SheLeads365 continues to evolve and I can’t wait to read the companion book in 2018.
We want to thank Cynthia for an inspiring visit. Ironically, Leavenworth is also home to the US Army Command and General Staff College where George C. Patton was a graduate. How cool if they shared the same lineage. I must ask Cynthia when I see her again in February at LEAD 2018!
In the coming weeks, watch out for the HRGeniusBus in St. Louis, Nashville, Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando and Jacksonville.
