I am developing a virtual platform that sets up real-time scenarios for interviewing people for network/sysadmin and cybersecurity positions. An example scenario would be - configuring a firewall within a given small network topology and conducting forensics after a phishing email was clicked and assessing possible damages.
Unlike conventional methods that only focus on a conceptual understanding of tasks performed on the job, this evaluation system will test how an applicant will actually perform when given a set of realistic operational tasks.  Would you be interested in learning more about the platform?
