    Human resources tech company continues to simplify and refine recruitment process

    TORONTO, ON – July 19, 2017 - Xref Limited, the human resources technology company, recently launched its new Sentiment analysis engine which provides employers with an increased sense of a candidate’s professional performance and suitability for a role.



    The unique platform leverages an algorithm which examines reference responses and rates feedback positive, negative or neutral.  Offering a new method of data analysis which interprets the referee’s ‘tone of voice’ for the employer, the proprietary tool reduces the chance that a reference is misinterpreted and provides a new indicator to detect the possibility of fraud.



    “The Xref Sentiment algorithm leverages neural net technology to extend the Xref platform’s capability for employers,” says Executive Director & CTO Tim Griffiths. “This provides an important new way to examine reference responses which complement our multi-language capability and helps clients make data-driven decisions when recruiting.”



    Xref, which is seeing rapid and continued success since it was founded in 2009, collects 60% more data, five times faster than traditional methods. Automating a vital task in HR, the company is redefining the industry with tech, helping protect its clients from fraud, discrimination and privacy breaches.
