Edinburgh-based recruitment tech company SymbaSync Ltd, through a mixture of private and public funding, have raised a six-figure investment to develop their innovative job-matching and recruitment platform.
Started by students while at the University of Edinburgh and with the support of the University’s commercialisation team Launch.Ed, the new platform eliminates early stage recruitment bias, speeds initial recruitment processes, and results in a better fit between employers and companies.
The founders have put the money to work onboarding Georges Petrequin from Heriot-Watt University in order to accelerate user growth as their Marketing Guru and will soon add an additional developer to meet rapid development goals.
Having recently completed the RBS/Entrepreneurial Spark Sprint programme, Cambridge University’s Ignite programme, and currently participating in Y-Combinator’s Start-up School with Stanford University, the SymbaSync team is launching their Private Beta mid-May 2017.
Internal or external recruiters and hiring managers can contact SymbaSync directly to participate in the free trial.
