As soon as I have finished my engineering I got the job as an intern in big MNC I was working on the project as I was good at my work and I know what I am doing and there was superior to me with less knowledge than I have is supervising me and telling me how to do things and in what ways and forcing to me to finish the project before time and I have done that as he was my superior so I need to follow him and I have delivered the project with very low quality of it. I got the appreciation of the work, but I know that this is not best from my side this can far better than this. As Google CEO, Larry page said, “Engineers shouldn’t be supervised by project managers with limited technical knowledge.” And I completely agree with this after my first job than I realize this, not the right method to work with there is a mistake in their work method.
