New Appointments Focused on Strengthening Company’s Client Success, New Product Development, and Merchant Discount Network
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (PRWEB) OCTOBER 26, 2016
In an effort to meet growing client demand and new business opportunities, Access Development, the nation’s largest private discount network, has promoted several company veterans to its executive leadership team.
Dave Bona becomes the new executive vice president of product development, responsible for leveraging the Access discount network in new and innovative ways to help clients meet their goals. An Access employee since 2003, Bona was previously the company’s VP of partnership marketing, where he managed the company’s network of over 350,000 merchant partners.
Tracie Ellis is Access’ new vice president of partnership marketing. Ellis will oversee the company’s private discount network, working with merchants to help them drive new business and revenue through their participation in discount programs. Ellis was previously Access’ director of partnership marketing and has been an employee of the company since 2004.
Emily Hayes has been named vice president of customer success. Hayes will work directly with Access clients to set and meet specific engagement, loyalty and revenue-centric goals. Hayes, an Access employee since 2000, will also continue to oversee the popular Educator Access program, a member benefits service that works with over 30 of the nation’s education associations.
Ryan Marvel, formerly director of sales, has been named the company’s vice president of new business development.
Marvel’s responsibilities include generating new client opportunities for Access, while also refining and maintaining the company’s sales development processes. He will also continue to oversee Access Perks, Access’ employee discount program offering. Marvel has been an Access employee since 2005.
The promotions were made in conjunction with the recent appointments of Casey Kleinman as the company’s’ chief executive officer and Kelly Passey as president.
The appointments give Access expanded leadership as it enters new markets and grows its client base. In the past two years, the company has launched several new products designed for specific industries, including the aforementioned Access Perks; All City Savings, an ancillary revenue service for travel companies; and DealCash, a digital premium incentive product.
“Our client needs are evolving, and this expanded executive team gives us the ability to provide the highest levels of service,” Kleinman says. “Because each of them has been with Access for many years, they’re already familiar with our goals and vision for the future, and well-equipped to lead us in their new roles.”
Founded by Larry Maxfield in 1984, Access Development helps companies across the US acquire, engage, and retain customers, members, and employees. Access manages the nation’s largest private discount network, including over 350,000 merchant locations and another 200,000+ merchant locations accepting “show your phone” mobile coupons.
