Sean Clem, Vice President of Technology, Marketplace & Engagement Solutions at Pacific Resources, has been chosen by Employee Benefit Adviser as 2016 Technology Benefit Adviser of the Year.
Each year, Employee Benefit Adviser (EBA) selects Advisers of the Year in the categories of overall winner, Retirement, Technology, Voluntary and Wellness. Winners are chosen by EBA’s editorial staff after a month-long nomination process.
Sean is responsible for overseeing the strategy, sourcing, implementation and ongoing servicing of new technology, marketplace (exchange) and consumer engagement solutions for Pacific Resources clients, who are primarily Fortune-ranked.
Since joining the company in January 2015, he has consulted with more than 20 employers on their on their benefits administration, private exchange and engagement strategies. He has also become an industry thought leader, speaking at events throughout the United States on private exchanges and benefits administration technology.
Sean was nominated for this award because of his client-focused approach to benefits administration technology, which enables employers to leverage technologies that supplement plan and process design to help them achieve their overall strategic goals.
