Express Employment Professionals is on an aggressive campaign to reach 800 franchise locations in 2016, and is announcing their expansion into Northern Alabama and Port St Lucie, Florida.

According to the American Staffing Association, more than 3 million people work for a staffing company during an average week. During the course of a year, staffing companies hire more than 14 million temporary and contract employees.

Express Employment Professionals has been named one of the best franchises to buy, according to Forbes’ ranking of America’s best and worst franchises. Express ranked as the fifth top franchise with an investment level less than $150,000.

Earlier this year, Bloomberg ranked Port St Lucie as one of the top 18 metropolitan areas for economic growth in 2016, while a PNC Financial Services Group survey found Alabama business owners increasingly optimistic about their sales and profit growth.

Express franchises open more than two years have average annual sales of $5.6 million, and first-year sales average more than $1 million.
