Paul Migliore and Thomas Secaur to Lead Global Consulting Firm

Citisoft, a leading global investment management consulting firm, today announced that it has appointed Paul Migliore as the firm’s Global Chief Executive Officer and Thomas Secaur as the firm’s Global Chief Operating Officer.
Paul Migliore has served as CEO of Citisoft’s US practice since 2007. Since assuming this role, he has helped Citisoft Inc. realize over 300% growth in revenues and headcount in North America. Prior to joining Citisoft, Migliore was a Partner with IBM Global Business Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers and was responsible for the US investment management consulting.

Thomas Secaur has served as COO of US-based Citisoft, Inc. since 2002 when the firm merged with The Rowan Group. Tom has been instrumental in the rapid growth of Citisoft’s investment management consulting brand in the US over the past decade. Previously, Tom worked for Thomson Financial (now SS&C Technologies) where he was Director of Implementations for its PORTIA division.
Migliore and Secaur will continue to be based in Boston while Citisoft Managing Partner, Steve Young, will continue to be responsible for Citisoft PLC, the firm’s London-based consultancy. Young will work alongside Migliore and Secaur in overseeing the global firm’s European and Asia-Pacific practices.
These new appointments come on the heels of a particularly strong year for Citisoft, Inc. after realizing an increase of 20% in headcount and all financials, besting an industry average estimated at less than half that growth.
