Waco employee assessment company seeks to educate local managers about best hiring practices

Talexis, a leading employee assessment company, has announced the introduction of their latest seminar Hire the Best - Skip the Rest. This educational seminar is intended to help hiring managers streamline and optimize their hiring process utilizing the Talexis Innovative Hiring System. The event will be held at the Waco Chamber of Commerce, and will attract a number of professionals from around the Waco area. Talexis hopes to help educate hiring managers now and in the future with the use of this seminar.

Hire the Best - Skip the Rest is a purely educational seminar that is intended to help hiring managers perfect their hiring processes. In the seminar, attendees will have the opportunity to learn a variety of innovative techniques, including how to tailor their processes to hiring Millennials. This seminar will focus on the pitfalls of hiring and how to effectively avoid them in the future to cultivate efficient, impactful hiring.
The seminar will be held on August 11th, 2016 in the Cooper Room of the Waco Chamber of Commerce, and will last approximately an hour and a half. Talexis understands today's professionals have hectic schedules, and as such gives attendees the choice of an 8:30am or 3:30pm session.
