Alaska Airlines has partnered with the organization to award a Boeing 737 type rating and a future interview opportunity to a qualified applicant.

The National Gay Pilots Association (NGPA) has partnered with American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines to award a total of seven $5,000 scholarships to qualified applicants pursuing or advancing their careers as professional pilots. Alaska Airlines has partnered with the organization to award a Boeing 737 type rating and a future interview opportunity to a qualified applicant.

The application deadline for all scholarships is August 1, 2016 at midnight, PST.
