Software-as-a-Service Company to move into North Morrison neighborhood

Charleston-based Ceterus is scheduled to move into their new headquarters in the North Morrison neighborhood of downtown Charleston to accommodate their fast-paced growth. The new office will be located at 804 Meeting Street, near their current location on the upper peninsula.

This move comes after closing a $4.2 million Series A investment round in May. “We are excited to continue our growth in this dynamic area of town” said Levi Morehouse, Ceterus CEO and Founder. “When looking for space, we asked ourselves: what is the vibe in the neighborhood, and how many steps is it from good coffee, beer, and food?” With neighbors including technology companies and newly opened restaurants, the location at 804 Meeting was a natural choice. “An added bonus is that the space is in a central location for our team, who commute from around the Lowcountry,” said Morehouse.

The renovated warehouse space fits perfectly with the results-driven and flexible culture which recently landed Ceterus on the 2016 list of Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The company plans to open the space to the Charleston tech community by periodically hosting events and social gatherings.

“Ceterus’ headquarters will add to the creative, revitalized atmosphere of North Morrison,” said Stephen Zoukis, CEO of Raven Cliff Company, the property developer.

Ceterus plans to move into the new space once renovated in the fall.
