    CSA Wins $27.3M Contract to Support Navy PEO EIS IT Solutions

    CSA was awarded a $27.3 million task to support Navy PEO EIS Sea Warrior Program Office. CSA will provide systems acquisition documentation support, program and planning management, project management, corporate operations and financial management of business and IT systems.

    Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) has been awarded a five-year, $27.3 million prime contract to provide comprehensive program management support to the Navy Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) Sea Warrior Program Office (PMW 240). Under this contract, work performed will include acquisition documentation support, program and planning management, project management, corporate operations and financial management of business and IT systems.

    The Sea Warrior Program’s mission is to rapidly identify and implement affordable IT solutions to Navy business and readiness problems for sailors, the fleet, Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. The program manages a complex portfolio of IT systems to support Navy human resource management, criminal justice, fleet support, afloat business applications, Navy and DoD portfolio management, Navy administration and joint aviation aircraft scheduling.

    “We are honored the Navy has entrusted CSA to deliver on this highly complex and essential task," said Scott Arnold, CSA’s Director of Operations, Mid-Atlantic Region. “We look forward to supporting IT solutions that are critical to our sailors, the Navy and civilian workforce’s mission success.”

    The CSA-led team will deliver a wide range of support, from the development of program acquisition documentation to producing briefs, graphics and presentations. CSA will also assist with cost estimating, risk management, the development and monitoring of performance metrics, billets coordination, administrative support and strategic communications.

    The period of performance is five years and work will be performed in the National Capital Region. In addition, CSA will support PMW 240 Assistant Program Managers in San Diego, Calif., Orlando and Pensacola, Fla., New Orleans, La., Norfolk, Va., and Millington, Tenn.
