    Organizational Cultures: Now and Then

    Corporate environments aren't what they used to be. The black and grey alleys have gone through a terrifying makeover and turned into the passages that are full of blooms and laden with greenery. Flexible timings and work-life balance are just the icing on the cake that stimulate productivity and enthusiasm at work. Though, still relying on the traditional pillars of the cultural culture that stick to the customary rules, the perspective and directives are more flexible in the approach as well as more inviting.

    More Proactive Approach:The corporate culture of today is more embracing towards the suggestions and dialogues. Rather than adhering to the defined set of roles and output, the modern organization moves on to a creative output through each and every channel that is associated with the company.  It relies on the community and maybe that's why we have some heavy weight words like 'crowd sourcing' and 'democratic work culture' thrown at us whenever we hear about a start-up or a company that has gone through a major overhaul to look and shine like a star! It is a symbiotic relationship that is designed to deliver the best output from the both parties. While the workload isn't any lesser and with the laptops and digital connectivity, it has only increased with even more responsibility on the shoulders but the companies have learnt to appreciate and reward the efforts.
