Each year, the Indiana Bankers Association (IBA) recognizes a very select group of its associate members as a Diamond Associate Member of the Indiana Bankers Association. The recipients of this designation are selected based on their commitment to the organization as exemplified in certain specified areas such as event participation, political action committee support as well as other criteria. The IBA is an organization that supports banks in that state through issues analysis, professional education, and products and services that help banks serve their communities.

According to Mr. Shoemaker, “I was pleased to learn earlier this month that Todd had received the recognition he so richly deserves for the outstanding contributions he has made to the Indiana Bankers Association and its member banks over the years. Todd is well known in Indiana for the outstanding service he has provided his bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) clients and for the work he has done implementing nonqualified benefit programs for those clients. Being designated as a Diamond Associate Member is an honor for both Todd and the Equias Alliance organization.”
