    Dave & Buster’s Delivers the Fun – for Candidates and Customers

    Companies in the hospitality industry confront high turnover as a constant reality– add in rapid growth on top of that and you’ve got some interesting hiring challenges. Family-friendly restaurant and entertainment chain Dave & Buster’s was on the ball enough to know it needed the right talent acquisition solution to deal with both. "We knew we were going to grow pretty quick, and we knew that we were going to grow international, so I wanted something that worked well at 50 stores but also was strong at 200 stores ... and then when we become 500 stores, or a thousand, it was the same system," says David Curtis, Senior Director of Talent.
