NEWTON, MA (PRWEB) APRIL 05, 2016
CABEM Technologies is set to release the Competency Manager with a scheduled release date of May 1st.
CABEM has worked closely with industry leaders in business management, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), and more recently the Medical Industry, to address their marketplace needs. The results led to the development of a web-based tool designed for enterprises to increase employee competency while decreasing organizational risk and implementation costs.
The Competency Manager leverages CABEM’s learning management system (LMS), as well as uses witnessing, attendance, surveillance, and manager and employee sign off modules to demonstrate competence. The tool incorporates an enterprise level document manager to maintain appropriate records of education, training, skills and experience. A scheduling, notification, and alerts engine, is used to notify users and managers of competency assignments, status, and requirements. The Competency Manager has a risk management module that is in compliance with ISO 9001: 2015.
The Competency Manager will be deployed to meet the needs of small to large companies; and is powered by Livia, CABEM’s scalable and secure platform, with over a million active users.
CABEM is presently securing consultants to support expert content generation and customer site implementation, and sales organizations to support selling into the marketplace.
