3rd Annual Workforce 100 Finalists List Released Workforce magazine reveals 100 finalist organizations recognized for top performance in HR-related areas
    Press Releases
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) March 30, 2016

Human Capital Media (HCM), the largest integrated media company supporting the human resources industry and publisher of Workforce magazine, has announced the finalist companies on the Workforce 100 list. This comprehensive list was created by the editors of Workforce magazine, in partnership with the Human Capital Media Advisory Group.

Now in its third year, the Workforce 100 is created with editorial discretion and recognizes outstanding performance in multiple human resources fields, including (but not limited to) recruiting, learning, leadership and diversity.

To strengthen the results, HCM collaborated with Glassdoor to source employee satisfaction data via past and current employees, allowing them to gauge satisfaction in key areas pertinent to HR within the organization. This resulted in rankings based equally on depth and breadth of both outside and internal data points. The revised methodology has allowed for a more comprehensive list with respect to a company’s human resources participation and employee opinions.

“We are delighted by the significant growth this awards program has seen over the past three years,” said Rick Bell, editorial director for Workforce. “The statistical formula we use is strictly from a third party perspective, making it unique. We hope that these results serve as a benchmark for fellow related companies because in today’s market, it’s all about talent.”

At this time, the list is in alphabetical order but the numeric ranking will be revealed in the June issue of Workforce magazine.
