Stanford Investment Group, Inc., a comprehensive wealth management and financial planning firm, has announced that Nayan Lapsiwala, Talia Pierluissi and Katherine A. Simmonds have become partners. SIG employs 15 full-time employees and manages and advises on approximately $850 million in assets.

Wealth Advisor Nayan Lapsiwala is a trusted advisor, applying his knowledge of economic market data and financial planning acumen so that each client is prepared for life’s important milestones. Nayan specializes in lifetime planning and assisting clients in becoming financially independent.
Nayan joined Stanford Investment Group in 2007, was promoted to Wealth Advisor in January 2015 and is a key member of SIG’s Investment Research and Portfolio Management teams. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Financial Analyst® and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He is also a Member of the CFA® Institute, CFA® Society San Francisco, CAIA Association®, Financial Planning Association (FPA®) and Council of Business Advisors, San Jose chapter.
Wealth Advisor Talia Pierluissi provides customized financial planning and wealth building strategies for SIG clients and their families. Joining SIG in 2005, Talia’s passion for philanthropy and expertise in equity compensation has empowered clients to make financial decisions that are both wise and personally meaningful.
Talia holds a BA from The University of Chicago and an MBA from Anderson School of Management at UCLA. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™. She is also Co-Chair of the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund Professional Advisors Network.
Director of Financial Planning and Wealth Advisor Katherine A. Simmonds brought her years of financial planning experience to Stanford Investment Group, Inc. to broaden the firm’s planning services in 2007. She is the creator of Stanford Investment Group’s Partner Advantage™ - Financial Planning & Investment Program, a financial concierge service designed to help law firm partners build security at all stages of their careers. Katherine has consulted with hundreds of partners in top-tier law firms across the country.
Katherine is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Financial Consultant®. Katherine holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Detroit and an MA in Economics from The George Washington University.
