NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.
“I’m pleased to recognize Elizabeth with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”
“I enrolled in classes to learn how to help people in emergency situations after losing a friend in an auto accident,” said Elizabeth Hammons, who began flying for Air Evac Lifeteam as a flight paramedic in July of 2011, until she became the Base Clinical Lead for Base 103 in Summersville, WV. In 2014, she was promoted to Program Director and given the honor of opening a brand new base in Beckley, WV.
As Program Director, Ms. Hammons coordinates and supervises daily activities of the Nurse, Paramedic, Mechanic, Pilot and Membership Managers.
