In 2003, Lila Davidson retired from a 25-year career where she owned and operated full-service salons and spas. After moving to Pensacola Beach, FL, she started managing her first condo. Eleven years later, her business, Lila Davidson Enterprises, LLC, advertised through http://www.BeachBumBB.com, is the rental agent of 14 luxury beachfront vacation homes.
“I represent individual property owners who partner with me to provide the highly successful style of providing the best accommodations for our guests,” Lila said. The beachfront properties are located on Pensacola Beach, FL, and the Gulf Coast of Biloxi and Gulfport, MS.
Lila, nicknamed by her grandchildren and known to her staff, clients and friends as “BB” (short for “Beach Bum”) has earned 200+ five-star ratings for her management style that puts guests first. She has also earned almost 50 more five-star property reviews since the recent startup of her own residential cleaning service company, BB’s Clean Team, LLC.
“I have the awesome responsibility of providing guests with the best of the best in luxury beachfront vacations,” Lila said. “With the growth of my business comes a new responsibility just as important—my staff of other professional women, which is the reason why I joined NAPW.
