    How to build a best-in-class executive learning experience to prepare capable managers

    As baby boomers retire from the workforce, organizations are being forced to identify and develop new leaders to take over the empty positions left behind. To ensure they are effectively preparing capable managers, organizations are creating new opportunities for employees to advance their knowledge and skills.

    One way employers can build a strong talent pipeline is by developing a comprehensive learning and development plan modeled as an executive learning experience. But establishing a best-in-class executive learning experience is easier said than done. Thankfully MBA@UNC and UNC Executive Development have made the process easier.
