Vertical Holdings announces the addition of Ingrid Tugwell to its executive team. As a partner in the company, Tugwell will take on the position of Vice President. Currently, she is in charge of Human Resources for the company's entities and she also serves as CEO of PST Charleston—a wholly owned subsidiary of Vertical Holdings. In her new position, she will be fully responsible for the direction of marketing, sales, product support and operations for the firm's business units.

In addition to the main responsibilities given to the new Vice President of Vertical Holdings, Tugwell will provide leadership in human resources with a goal to ensure workplace safety and oversee the training and development of personnel. Through monitoring standards, including the execution of operational, financial and strategic implementations, her mission is to ensure that goals are being met for business growth, productivity, margins and service quality.
Tugwell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has gained expansive experience. Previously, she worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center and MicroAge Computer Consultants. Her collective and innovative experience in personnel education and facilitation, human resources, workforce management, supervision, documentation and development has supported numerous organizations and industries, such as the US Marines, Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, manufacturing, healthcare, local state and federal government, real estate, small businesses, retail, banking, restaurants, and more. As a successful entrepreneur and seasoned operations executive, she brings useful skills and expertise along with a reputation of professional accomplishment to the executive management team.
