Portland, Oregon – February 26, 2016
– Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Zach Swanson, who joins the Trupp HR team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, Zach will operate as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trupp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) services in addition to contributing to numerous HR consulting and training efforts. Zach demonstrates an exceptional strategic orientation in his approach to the HR generalist role having mastered competencies in employee relations, engagement and retention, recruiting, training, and benefits and leave administration.
Zach has three years of experience in HR roles, effectively managing HR for a team of a few hundred employees for a local grocery chain. He acted as the workforce support system during an extended period of growth and major reorganizations, giving a strategic based approach to helping the unit thrive during its expansion. While Zach’s experience covers a broad range of HR activities, he excels at training and employee development, specializing in management coaching and support. Zach will draw upon these skills as he takes a leading role in Trupp HR’s training initiatives.
“Zach has shown an exceptional ability to get the bigger picture and overall direction for each of our clients and is able to break that down into individual employee performance expectations,” says Jean Roque, President and Founder of Trupp HR. “This enables him to quickly provide value and contribute to the overall success of our clients, one of the driving principals here at Trupp HR.”
