Trupp HR Hires Meagan Phillips as New HR Business Partner

– Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Meagan Phillips, who joins the Trupp HR team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, Meagan will operate as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trupp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) service in addition to contributing to numerous HR consulting projects. Meagan is a versatile HR professional with a proven record for supporting strategic workforce initiatives in team-oriented business environments, aligning well with Trupp HR’s outsourcing model.
Meagan joins Trupp HR with four years of HR related experience, applied over a range of diverse roles from Recruiting Coordinator to People Operations Team Lead. She has successfully managed and supported large teams with day-to-day HR guidance, including policy and employment law compliance. Meagan has a strong background effectively navigating time-sensitive open enrollment and payroll projects and brings a professional, yet approachable, work style that easily adapts to each client’s unique culture. Leading HR related teams and understanding overall operations has transferred to a broad skillset that Meagan is able leverage in her role at Trupp HR.
