    Hi there,

    I’m just writing to let you know our latest post, about why every company would benefit greatly from a culture of positive feedback, is now live!

    In it, I consider examples, as well as the result of a study by Harvard Business School that prove that employees become much more capable, and feel less stress when they receive positive feedback from peers and superiors. I also highlight how a culture of positive feedback can developed.
