Since taking on her role in June 2010, Ms. O’Kelley has consistently demonstrated her strengths in the areas of healthcare consulting, healthcare management, team building, human resources and financial planning. She received her Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arkansas.
Outside of her remarkable professional pursuits, Ms. O’Kelley is a devoted and active supporter of charitable organizations such as Energy Care, an organization offering nonprofit energy assistance for low-income and disabled persons.
