Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed, Linda S. Plunkett is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience as an individual and marriage therapist. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary expertise, integrity and dedication.
As President and Psychologist at Hope for the Hurting, Ms. Plunkett uses her well-honed skills in Christian counseling to help her patients overcome difficult obstacles and challenges. “After a traumatic surgery and recovery, I have re-opened Hope for the Hurting in 2014,” said Ms. Plunkett. “I am also soon to author a book based on my experience from brokenness to restoration.”
Ms. Plunkett received her Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from His Image Biblical Institute. She is currently involved with the National Christian Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Outside of her remarkable work at Hope for the Hurting, Ms. Plunkett is an active and devoted supporter of charitable organizations, mission work trips and JOY FM.
In her current position within Hope for the Hurting, Ms. Plunkett fully utilizes the dedication and aspirations for success that have earned her this recognition from the National Association of Professional Women, honoring her as an inspiration and a leader in her industry.
