Naperville, IL (PRWEB) November 24, 2015
Growth continues for Spring-Green as it unveils its new headquarters in Naperville, IL. Located one mile from its national support center campus in Plainfield, the new office space is now home to Spring-Green’s executive, marketing and IT departments.
“The need to expand was part of our growth plan, but now that it is here we can take a moment to celebrate this accomplishment,” said James Young, president of Spring-Green.
Young explains that the company’s expansion and continued reinvestment is a direct reflection of Spring-Green’s commitment to helping franchise owners realize their goals and dreams. “When the unit economics are strong, we see our franchise owners reinvesting for growth. This in turn allows us to do the same. It is a good feeling to have this level of momentum as we just surpassed our 38th anniversary of being a leader in the green industry.”
Spring-Green’s new headquarters will facilitate creative interaction and collaboration with its open floor plan and contemporary design. The design includes a small lounge area in the marketing area for team brainstorming sessions, two conference rooms, modern galley kitchen and a small café-style eating area.
Natural light pours in through expansive windows that surround the space, adding to the open and modern feel. An ideal environment for business planning with its franchise owners.
Over the next couple months, franchise owners are getting the opportunity to see the changes at the National Support center firsthand. More than 90% of the owners will travel back to conduct an annual business plan.
“We are excited to share our success,” said Young. “It takes a collaborative effort to succeed in franchising, and the positive response by those owners who have already visited has added to our confidence. They see and understand our reinvestment strategy, as well as the value in the support we continue to build.”
Green industry partner Steve Downin, owner of Right-of-Way-Turf-Ornamental and Spring-Green Lawn Care serving Columbus and Bloomington Indiana, and business partner Jeff Rocker point to “path and process” of Spring-Green as the formula for their accelerated growth.
“Spring-Green’s planning cycle and high recurring customer base has really helped us make our business predictable and profitable,” said Downin. “Even with the element of seasonality, with Spring-Green our business now is designed to generate year-round cash flow.”
The new Spring-Green office is located on the third floor of the Republic Bank of Chicago building at 2720 Hassert Blvd. in Naperville, IL.
