livingHR, a leader in employee engagement and company culture, today announced recent additions to the company's core team to meet the needs of their expanding client demand for their services. Brian Lipinoga has joined livingHR as the Practice Director, and Beth Sussman has joined as a Senior Solutions Advisor.

Brian Lipinoga will is a diverse Human Resources professional with 11 years of industry experience. His work experience before joining livingHR includes Operations Management, Business Development, and Human Resources Management. Most recently, Brian spent the last four years as a strategic HR business partner and HR leadership roles at Paychex, Inc. He focused on aligning people strategies with organizational goals to help drive and meet organizational objectives while honoring the company's culture and driving employee engagement.
Brian graduated from the University of South Florida with a Masters Degree in Business Administration after having received his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and History from the University at Buffalo. Brian earned his HRCI, PHR and SHRM-CP certification in 2011 and 2015, respectively. He is also a certified DDI – Behavioral Based Interviewing Targeted Selection Trainer. Brian is actively involved in the community with membership in SHRM, HR Tampa, Rotary International, USF Grassroots Leadership Development and National Exchange Club.
Beth Sussman has joined livingHR as a Senior Solutions Advisor. She is an experienced consultant, leader, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of proven experience working with start-ups to large, global organizations in industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, professional services, technology, commercial real estate, building services, not-for-profit, publishing, educational services, manufacturing, staffing, and retail.
With both internal executive leadership and business consulting experience, Beth has led organizational transformations and facilitated the development of business and people strategies from within leadership teams and for her clients. Beth provides a unique blend of subject matter expertise, energy, insight and creativity to help organizations quickly and efficiently create and implement the best talent solutions to support their goals.
Beth has worked with clients on a broad range of talent and organizational issues. She has designed and implemented talent management processes and programs across all stages. She has created organization-specific competency models and foundations for all aspects of strategic HR. She has helped clients in redesigning their organizations including processes, roles, structure and people for leadership and other functional groups; and designing and facilitating leadership, individual and team development.
Beth has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology and a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, both from the University of Illinois in Champaign. Beth has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Working in the Schools as well as the Leadership Council for Metropolitan Open Communities.
