Harrisburg, PA (PRWEB) November 12, 2015
Conrad Siegel Actuaries, delivering comprehensive employee benefits services, is proud to announce that the firm has been recognized by Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (“Schwab”) as the recipient of the 2015 Best-in-Retirement Business IMPACT Award™.
The award recognizes an independent retirement plan provider that understands the unique needs of plan sponsors and participants and that has developed an innovative approach to client service. Conrad Siegel was honored in Boston, Mass. on November 12 during the annual IMPACT conference, one of the largest and longest-running registered investment advisor conferences. This year also marks the 10th anniversary of the IMPACT Awards® program.
“We are extremely proud to be recognized by Schwab with this IMPACT Award. It is a testament to our consistent focus on serving clients by providing strategic, thoughtful and efficient employee benefit solutions,” said John Jeffrey, Partner and Chairman of the Business Development Committee. “We have been in business for over 50 years, and our impartial advice remains core to our approach.”
Serving both plan sponsors and participants, Conrad Siegel provides unique value through strategic, customized plans. For plan participants, who often do not understand a typical 401(k) plan, Conrad Siegel develops simple, straightforward solutions and offers thorough educational resources and participant communications. Conrad Siegel also incorporates actuarial and behavioral science strategies to help participants achieve their retirement goals.
In addition, Conrad Siegel has developed integrated technology systems that provide increased efficiency for the firm and for clients. Through this proprietary technology, the firm is able to produce customized solutions for all of its products.
“The winning firms of the IMPACT Award each year are representative of the best qualities of independent investment advisors,” said Jon Beatty, Senior Vice President, Sales and Relationship Management, Schwab Advisor Services. “We congratulate Conrad Siegel and their achievement this year, as we mark the 10th anniversary of the awards."
As a part of the IMPACT Award, Schwab will make a $15,000 donation to the Joshua Group on behalf of Conrad Siegel. The firm and its employees are dedicated to serving and strengthening its relationships with the Central Pennsylvania community. The Joshua Group is a non-profit in Harrisburg, Pa. that mentors at-risk youth through educational programs.
