Las Vegas, NV – October 20, 2015 – Booth # 1923 at the HR Technology Conference & Expo –
Ceridian announces over 100 new customers go live on the award winning Dayforce Human Capital
Management for the third consecutive quarter. Companies of all sizes and industry segments including
small-to-mid-sized and large enterprise are using Dayforce HCM to streamline their operations, enable
HR to be more strategic, engage employees and manage compliance needs.
Customers are experiencing overall operations and productivity improvements, saving time and money,
monitoring compliance and improving business results.
"Getting real-time information in scheduled reports is a tremendous asset to the HR department - helping
managers and payroll administrators receive timely information,” says George Toy, employee & labor
relations at El Rio Community Health Center.
“Dayforce HCM has allowed us to automate and streamline our payroll process while giving management
and employees greater visibility into their workforce schedule,” says Sherrice Gilcreast, chief
administrative officer for Community Care. “With the availability of real-time data, we are able to see the
number of hours worked and the total dollar amount for payroll, allowing us to make pay adjustments or
schedule changes as needed.”
“We are more compliant with Dayforce these days as the real-time aspect of transactions makes life
easier for our payroll and HR users,” says Mike Kelly, corporate payroll manager, Global Brass and
Copper. “We no longer have to wait until a payroll runs to see what the outcome will be. We can make the
change, run a register and view the results quickly – a process that makes us more accurate and
definitely quite efficient.”
“Dayforce HCM saves our employees time, it gives them a chance to be with the kids and the members,
and that was the whole reason we did it,” says Debbie Harrison, human resources generalist, Peninsula
Metropolitan YMCA.
“The employees like it. They like to self-serve – to check their pay and to change their address
information,” says David Ho, corporate financial controller, Pinnacle Caterers. “It’s so user friendly.”
“We’ve achieved incredible success and momentum with Dayforce HCM,” says David Ossip, chairman
and CEO of Ceridian. “Respected organizations have realized substantial return on investment by
selecting our solution while independent studies by leading analyst firms have further validated ROI and
the actual rapid payback achieved by some of our most notable customers. We want to be the HCM
system of choice for the employee.”
Additional Dayforce HCM product innovations include the introduction of TeamRelate, Dayforce
ConnectedPay and Dayforce Dashboards. Dayforce HCM received a TekTonic 2015 award in the
category of compensation, and a Network Product Award for Cloud Computing/SaaS, for Dayforce
ConnectedPay, and named a leader in Gartner’s 2015 Magic Quadrant for Payroll Business Process
Outsourcing Services, and a Leader in Human Capital Management within Nucleus Research’s
Technology Value Matrix 2015 HCM.
Demonstrations of Dayforce HCM will take place at booth #1923 during the HR Technology Conference &
Expo. While visiting the Ceridian Booth, HR Tech attendees can complete a HCM survey and be entered
in a draw for a chance to win 1 of 2 $500.00 Sephora gift cards.
