SAN DIEGO, CA (PRWEB) OCTOBER 20, 2015
We are pleased to announce that Elena Thomas and Lisa Ann Klevence have been selected as expert speakers for the upcoming “23rd Annual National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) Conference,” to be held in San Diego, CA from October 27- 30.
Elena Thomas, Chief Operations Officer, will lead the panel “Devil in the Details: Realities of Implementing Performance Awards.” In her capacity as head of operations, she works closely with both private and public company clients to ensure delivery of best practice plan administration software and services. She also currently serves on the Board of the Philadelphia chapter of the NASPP. Elena was previously a Project Manager and strategy practice member with McKinsey & Company in the Philadelphia, Paris, and Mexico City offices, focusing on financial technology and access to capital for micro, small and medium enterprises worldwide. Elena received her MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School and her BBA in Business Operations and Information Management from the College of William & Mary.
Lisa Ann Klevence, CEP, will share her insights on the panel “Devil in the Details: Realities of Implementing Performance Awards.” With almost 15 years of experience in all facets of the administration and management of equity compensation plans for both public and private companies, Lisa Ann is currently Head of Equity Compensation Plan Administration Outsourcing at Plan Management Corporation. She has worked extensively with a wide array of plans, from "plain vanilla" to performance award and foreign-currency denominated plans. Lisa received her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation in 2004 from Santa Clara University, and is a member of the Philadelphia chapter of NASPP.
Please join Elena and Lisa Ann for their presentation "Devil in the Details: Realities of Implementing Performance Awards" at this year’s NASPP Conference, October 30 at the 8:30 AM and 10:15 AM sessions. Now that so many companies have joined the performance-based equity award trend, Elena and Lisa will be discussing how these complicated awards can be successfully implemented without killing your administrators! They will also be joined by an administrator from an issuer who is currently granting performance awards, there to share lessons learned and best practices from their own experience.
While at the Conference, be sure to stop by the Plan Management Corporation booth to learn more and to enter for a chance to win some great prizes. The NASPP Annual Conference is the premier event for all those involved in the strategic design and management of stock and executive compensation, attracting close to 2,000 attendees and delivering essential and critical guidance on the latest developments, practices, and trends in stock plans. View the full agenda and Top Ten Reasons You Need to Attend at Naspp.com.
The Conference is part of a week of acclaimed programs on stock and executive compensation, including the "12th Annual Executive Compensation Conference” and “Tackling Your 2016 Compensation Disclosures: The Proxy Disclosure Conference.” New this year, the NASPP is also offering an intensive, one day program, "Global Stock Plan Essentials," on October 27th, in advance of the Conference. Visit Naspp.com for more information on all of these exciting events!
How to Register: It’s not too late! You can register for the Conference online or by fax/mail. If you have questions about the Conference, contact the NASPP at naspp(at)naspp(dot)com or (925) 685-9271.
