In addition to her knowledge of all GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, Ms. Pooran is proficient in PCs, financial spreadsheets and accounting software. With her well-honed skills in communications, organization and problem solving, she has successfully coordinated all aspects of each project from inception to completion.
