ROSELAND, N.J. – October 27, 2015 – ADP® today announced a major expansion of its already comprehensive global solution that helps large, global enterprises better manage HR and payroll systems supporting employees around the world. Specifically, ADP has added new capabilities to and broadened the reach of its benefits and time-and-labor management solutions.
The new features added to ADP GlobalView® HCM offer clients the ability to benefit from ADP expertise and technology designed to solve global organizations’ unique human capital management (HCM) challenges. The company has expanded the depth and breadth of ADP GlobalView® HCM to deliver best-in-class global benefits, HR, talent, time and payroll components to global businesses. As a result, ADP’s broadened expertise will help large organizations better adapt to global standards and changing local needs, drive overall organizational agility, and engage their global workforces at new levels.
“We’ve extended the boundaries of our global HCM solutions and expertise to deliver clients a flexible infrastructure designed to help them create more engaged and efficient workforces,” said Mark Benjamin, president of ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions business. “Building from our core leadership position in payroll, ADP has continued to advance its end-to-end, global HCM offering as evidenced by the new capabilities in benefits and time and labor being introduced today. This comprehensive solution leverages our sophisticated technology and deep expertise to help companies sustain high-impact workforces that drive business success globally.”
“ADP continues to stay focused on client-centric innovation and, most recently, on the synergies among payroll, HR, benefits, and time-and-labor management,” said Gary Bragar, HR outsourcing research director at NelsonHall. “The expansion of ADP’s global solutions illustrates its ability to address the needs of multinational companies that require client centricity, global reach, comprehensive capabilities, and local expertise.”
Encompassed in the expanded ADP GlobalView® HCM platform is an enterprise-class solution that will handle flexible deployments of ADP global benefits administration. The ADP Global Benefits solution helps enable multinational companies to improve global benefits engagement, while better managing cost, risk and administration challenges to deliver a centralized yet locally relevant platform. The solution includes:
· Global HR and payroll components to improve the employee experience and ease secure access to personal data.
· Flexible options for configuring benefits programs available in more than 100 countries and 18 languages.
· Centralized and automated administration that drives local governance and secures data movement, mitigating client risk.
“As our business grows worldwide and we enter new markets, we were looking for a business partner that could help us with accurate HR and payroll,” said Walter Seib, CEO of HMSHost International. “Our expectation is that the transformation of HR and partnering with ADP will help our company be flexible, be more competitive, reduce costs, and improve operational effectiveness.”
The enhanced ADP GlobalView® HCM platform also will support expanded reach and capabilities of its global time and labor solution, Enterprise eTIME®, which provides an ADP-hosted or on-premise capability that enables companies to increase the speed and accuracy of payroll preparation; improve wage and hour compliance, and optimize their labor investment through one comprehensive solution for time and attendance, scheduling, absence management and activity tracking. This global time and labor solution will:
· Establish secure, hosted time and labor technology in a data center in France to address the needs of global clients.
· Provide in-region support for implementation, 24X7 help-desk response and training.
· Support clients’ country-specific policies and compliance requirements.
· Tightly integrate and coordinate solution delivery with global payroll solution.
“ADP is a world-class provider of global solutions, and their time and labor management solutions and experts are no exception,” said Sam Harper, director of IT at Hewlett-Packard. “The expansion of their global organization is exciting, because it means that even more multi-national companies will be able to benefit the way Hewlett-Packard has. ADP’s global implementation team and the ADP Enterprise eTIME solution have enabled HP to significantly reduce the number of systems and vendors we worked with, while allowing us to benefit from increased standardization of time and labor practices, processes and procedures across the globe. Since implementing ADP Enterprise eTIME, HP has achieved greater accuracy, cost-savings and workforce efficiency through a single global system that is integrated with payroll.”
