At the HR Technology Conference and Expo in Las Vegas Ceridian and WorkAngel announced that they are partnering to deliver an immersive empoyee engagement and wellness platform. The partnership combines the nimbleness and radical technological innovation of WorkAngel with the employee assistance and engagement expertise and extensive customer base of the Ceridian LifeWorks business.
The singular platform will include:
• Gamified financial rewards and social recognition
• Corporate discounts on brand name products for employees and their families
• Wellness resources for mental, social, physical, and financial health including access to counselors and life coaches
• Corporate social network and intranet capability
