Talent Board Introduces 2015 Candidate Experience Awards Silver Supporters Leading Talent Solutions Providers Show Support for Growing Awards and Benchmarking Program

SAN FRANCISCO (September 29, 2015) –Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the promotion and data benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, today announced those companies supporting the 2015 Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards as silver-level supporters.
Over the last five years, the CandE Awards has brought increased attention to candidate experience practices around the world. The largest program of its kind, the CandE Awards provides a large number of companies with access to aggregated candidate experience datasets, collected on an annual basis to help them improve their rerating practices. Participation in the program continues to grow rapidly, with more than 130,000 candidates surveyed in 2015 up from 95,000 in 2014.
This year’s CandE Awards program welcomes several new sponsors, including some of the industry’s leading talent acquisition and recruiting solution providers. By aligning with the Talent Board mission, these organizations are helping to uncover recruiting trends and best practices, raise awareness about candidate expectations and reveal actionable insights that employers can use to improve candidate experiences throughout each stage of the talent acquisition process. The companies supporting the 2015 North American Candidate Experience Awards at the silver level are:

By recognizing those companies that provide their job applicants with a transparent, positive and rewarding candidate experience, the CandE Awards aim to promote innovation in the recruiting space. The winners of the 2015 CandE Awards will be announced at the CandE Gala and Awards Banquet on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at the Hilton Fort Worth in Texas. This event will take place during the Second Annual Candidate Experience Symposium, which will feature keynote addresses from Heath Padgett, Molly Fletcher and China Gorman as well as panel and roundtable discussions with top HR leaders, industry influencers and previous CandE Award winners.
