Mr. Frank Tresnak, Business Development Director at Symmetry Software, spoke during the annual National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) conference at the Arizona Biltmore on September 12, 2015. Tresnak was on a panel to discuss the Anthem Breach, and how companies can protect themselves with safer usage of the Internet.

Joining Frank on the panel were Dominic Paluzzi from the law firm McDonald Hopkins, and Gail Holmberg of Blue Morpho Consulting. Paluzzi focused on what steps companies should take after they are aware of a breach. After that, Holmberg spoke about protecting your company and being prepared, and Tresnak wrapped up the session discussing what practices companies can implement at the employee level in order to be more secure.

Tresnak was especially adamant about using secure passwords, stating, “The more characters the better, and the most secure passwords contain numbers, symbols, uppercase letters, and lowercase letters.” Tresnak also gave recommendations on services that help you manage and create secure passwords.
