Ms. VonHolten’s expertise includes operations and management of its three restaurants and is currently involved with her local chamber of commerce , her local church and several charities.
The entire Perkins Restaurant & Bakery chain operates 410 restaurants in 33 states and five Canadian provinces. The Perkins system includes 132 company-owned and operated restaurants and 278 franchised units. The company also has a baked goods manufacturing division that manufactures bakery mixes for in-store bakeries and third-party customers.
