This drives new customers to you and creates a sense of loyalty to those that already know you. It is not only with the customer service in your business that helps to attract and retain the relationships that you desire. It is also dependent on the marketing you use and how others respond to this. Using a consistent PR campaign is one of the ways to continue to communicate with those interested in your business while building positive and stronger relationships.
