Erin Kirby has joined Brine Group Staffing Solutions as Manager of IT Contract Services in Burlington, MA. Through the development and management of client relationships and marketing strategies, her goal is to provide the best possible attention to existing and new clients alike while enhancing the firm's continually expanding resources and capabilities. Erin comes to us with 20 years’ successful experience in the search and placement industry with a focus on IT Contracts. After serving in several leadership positions, in 1998 Erin founded a successful niche search firm concentrating on staffing high-end IT positions for industry leaders which she later sold. Most recently, Erin was the Lead Recruiter for BPE – Boston Plan for Excellence, where she was involved in a large contract recruiting project to staff the entire Dearborn Academy. She is a graduate of Westfield State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication.
