Prositions Announces New Vice President of Business Development

Frank Russell, CEO and Founder of Prositions, Inc., has announced that training industry veteran Lloyd Singer has joined the company as its new Vice President of Business Development. In this position, Lloyd will be responsible for developing merger and acquisition opportunities, global partnerships, and reseller/distribution deals for its learning content, software platforms, assessments, and mentoring/coaching services.
“This is an important step for us as we execute on our growth strategy ,” said Frank Russell, CEO of Prositions. “Lloyd has been in the industry for decades. He has a unique set of strengths and experiences that align perfectly with our plans for global expansion.”
Most recently Lloyd was co-founder and CEO of training industry video provider Learning Communications, Inc. He has built several learning content businesses in the soft skills and compliance market segments. He has two degrees from Columbia University including a B.A. from Columbia College, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia’s Engineering School. He is a member of ATD and SHRM and resides in Gurnee, Illinois.

MLi’s catalog includes 59 training videos in multiple languages that cover topics such as management and supervisory skills, behavior-based interviewing, conflict management, and other prevalent workplace issues. In addition, it includes 34 short videos with support materials that address the most challenging coaching issues supervisors and managers frequently encounter.
